Unlike the commonly used inexpensive imported bleached wood pizza peels, Portion Peels are meticulously custom made by a wood pizza peel craftsman in United States. Portion PeeLs are made of birch, a good balance cost, strength, and smoothness. All Portion PeeLs are conditioned with food grade mineral oil before shipped. Please allow approximately two weeks (or less) for your Portion PeeL to ship.
