Every year, one of the most entertaining competitions at the International Pizza Expo is the Freestyle Acrobatics Dough Tossing Contest. The 2015 first place winner is Shin Min-Chul of Mr. Pizza. Second Place is Spencer Glenn of Pizza My Heart. Less than three points separated the judges decision from the first and second place winners.
